I must admit even though I have it installed I have not used Internet Explorere 7 or tested it as much as I should be doing - workload is pushing me under at the moment with the SearchandGo build that will be released in the coming weeks.
I was however wondering about the Delete Browsing History and looked around for some answers namely the IE7 blog. Here is the instruction on this:

Tools Menu
Delete Browser History

then your presented with choices:

Delete:
Temporary Internet Files
Cookies
History
Form Data
Passwords
Another option is to click the ‘Delete All’ button that will clear everything at once.
